This excursion invites participants to venture into some of Europe’s most iconic public buildings and enjoy a picnic in the overlooked and unusual spaces to be found between columns, buildings, jurisdictions and security protocols… Utopistas will – for a brief moment – occupy and enliven these parts of public space, disrupting the status quo of the Eurocrats’ ghetto.
